6. Pack a Necessities Luggage. There may be things that are out of our control that may cause in the delay of the things we sent for the movers to deliver. Be prepared. Pack a separate luggage with all the important things that you need, such as clothes, food, medication, toiletries, etc. Also, carry your valuables with you. Do not include them in the boxes endorsed to the transport company as they might get lost. I know of a friend who forgot to bring her office shoes when suddenly the movers told her there was a slight delay in their services. Needless to say, she had to run to the nearest mall to grab a pair of black ballet flats!
