7 Day Detox Diet

Detox day 7 – Fruits, Vegetables and Juices

You are now on the last day of your diet. You might feel a little weak in the morning because your body has not consumed too much carbohydrate in the last 2 days.  Today you can eat fruits, vegetables and vegetable juices. Brown rice is optional but not recommended if you want to see more weight loss.

In order to make sure you end on a high note achieving your target of weight loss coupled with a full body detox, you must follow this last day carefully. Also make sure you have enough fruit to last you through the day in case you feel like snacking.
