Drink a chamomile tea

I, myself have proven that drinking a cup of chamomile tea help you to forget about your food cravings. The relaxing ritual of tea drinking can also help you prepare a good night sleep.

 

Go to bed early

One motivating factor when it comes to midnight feast is boredom mixed with the fact that that you won’t have eaten for a long time. At night, you are expected to go eight to twelve hours without a bit. If you’re awake, this can of course be really painful and your mind is sure to drift to this point. Instead then, sleeping early will seem as though there’s a smaller gap between meals. It’s also a good idea to leave at least two hours before you sleep after eating as this will give your food more time to digest.
