5. PAGUDPUD
Pagudpud is one of the municipalities in the province of Ilocos Norte. White-sand beaches and clear, blue waters makes Pagudpud a tourist destination. You can try wind surfing or kite surfing. They will teach how you to manipulate the kite on the shore first. In fact, it is one of the top ten destinations when it comes to kite surfing. You can also try dare devil paddling.
