Branching Beauty: Exploring the World’s Most Enchanting Trees

Rainbow Eucalyptus, Hawaii

This unique multi-hued bark is the most distinctive feature of the tree. It may look like that they have been painted but these colors are natural. It is the only Eucalyptus species found naturally in the Northern Hemisphere.  This tree is cultivated around the world and is harvested mainly for pulpwood used in making paper, especially in the Philippines. It is also for ornamental landscaping purposes. They can be hard to spot in the dense rainforest so if you really want to be sure to experience these amazing trees up close try going on a road to Hana tour.
