NIAGARA FALLS
Niagara Falls would be probably the most famous falls in the world, although it is neither the largest nor the tallest. It is between the international border of Canada and United States, specifically between the province of Ontario and state of New York. It has three waterfalls, known as the Horseshoe Falls, the American Falls, and the Bridal Veil Falls. The Horseshoe Falls is the most powerful falls in North America. Niagara Falls is also a source of hydroelectric power. Its famous tradition of daredevils began a long time to go over the falls. Sam Patch, also known as, the “Yankee Leapster” was the first person who jumped from the tower into the gorge below the falls and survived.
