Earthquake Detector
Earthquake is one of the many natural disasters we cannot control to happen. We may not really detect record or measure the right seismic shocks but atleast there are people who were able to invent something that could help detect earthquakes. Most people don’t know that this process began nearly 2,000 years ago, with the invention of the first seismoscope in 132 AD by Chinese inventor Zhang Heng. The device was amazingly precise in detecting earthquakes from afar, and did not rely on shaking or movement in the location where the device was situated.
